One of the larger units. Placed out in the sea, on vertical support structures. Together with the large windows and open solution provide for a unique closeness to nature and the elements as well as a great view of the ocean.

At night you can relax inside and casually check if the local coastal steamer is on time.

These units are planned with 4 – 6 beds.

Cabin 8x8m

Phase 1 and 2

Cabin with an open and spacious first floor living-room design, and a bath and bedroom on 2nd floor.

Units to be located eastwards along existing rock/boulder path, and out on “Krambuodden”. Together with the other units in various sizes this will create an exciting architectural unity for the whole area.

Seaside cabin to be built on concrete support structures out in the sea. These units will be built in pairs, two and two, whereas one of the units will have a roof top deck.

Smaller units of around 30 square meter either for sale or to be part of the waterfront hotel concept. For the outdoorsy active people whom don’t need or wish for a large cabin, but are more than satisfied with a smaller cabin when returning from the day’s paddle, climbing or skiing activity.

However, it must be comfortable!
